Not Covered

What's excluded

Coverage does not extend to unrelated components or repairs, pre-existing issues, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lost or stolen devices, or issues excluded by the Protection Plan Agreement. Physical/accidental damage and liquid damage are excluded unless specifically stated in the final plan terms.
Important Terms

Terms to know before you add protection

Coverage begins according to the plan agreement and ends after the selected 6- or 12-month term. A deductible applies to each covered claim. Maximum of 2 covered claims per plan term. Coverage is limited to the specific repair/component listed on the customer's protection record.
